Party Size Limits
Navigate: Settings → Reservation Policies
- Min Party Size — e.g., 1 (allow solo diners)
- Max Party Size — e.g., 12 (larger parties call to book)
Booking Windows
- Advance Limit — How far ahead guests can book (e.g., 30 days)
- Minimum Notice — How soon before arrival (e.g., 2 hours)
- Same-Day Bookings — Allow or disable
Confirmation Requirements
- Email Confirmation — Guest must click confirmation link
- Expiry Time — How long to confirm (e.g., 24 hours)
- Auto-Cancel — Cancel unconfirmed bookings automatically
Time Slot Settings
- Interval — 15, 30, or 60 minutes
- Average Duration — Expected dining time
- Buffer — Time between seatings
Set your max party size to a reasonable limit, then add a note like "For parties larger than 12, please call us directly."
