Can vouchers be used across multiple visits?

Yes. Each voucher has a balance that decreases as it's redeemed. A £100 voucher can be spent over several visits until the balance reaches zero.

What fees apply to voucher sales?

Stripe charges standard card processing fees. TableGo's platform fee on voucher sales is 3.5% on the free Basic plan and 0% on Pro and Growth. There are no per-cover fees.

Can I run promotional gift voucher offers?

Yes. You can set promotional pricing, for example letting customers pay £70 for £100 of credit — a popular way to boost sales around Christmas and other peak periods.

Do vouchers expire?

Vouchers have a configurable expiry period (12 months by default). Expired vouchers can no longer be redeemed, and the terms are shown to the buyer at checkout.
