Your business hours control when guests can book and help TableGo manage your availability.
Setting Opening Hours
Navigate: Settings → Business Hours
- Opening Time — When your restaurant opens
- Closing Time — When your restaurant closes
- Kitchen Close — When the kitchen stops taking orders (optional)
- Bar Close — For venues with late-night bar service (optional)
Per-Day Configuration
Set different hours for each day of the week:
- Enable/disable specific days (e.g., closed on Mondays)
- Set different hours for weekends vs weekdays
- Handle overnight venues (closing after midnight)
Booking Availability
Configure when guests can book:
- Advance Booking Limit — How far ahead guests can book (e.g., 30 days)
- Minimum Notice — Minimum time before a booking (e.g., 2 hours)
- Same-Day Reservations — Allow or disable same-day bookings
- Last Seating — How long before closing to stop taking bookings
If you close after midnight, bookings after midnight can still belong to the previous night’s service (e.g., 1:00am Saturday counts as Friday night).
