What are per-cover fees?
A per-cover fee is a charge applied for each diner booked through a reservation platform. Some systems charge this on every booking; others only on marketplace or network bookings. TableGo charges none of these.
Does TableGo really have no per-cover fees?
Yes. TableGo never charges a fee per diner and takes no commission on bookings. You pay a flat monthly price: Basic is free and Pro is £99/month.
Are there any fees at all?
On the free Basic plan, a 3.5% TableGo platform fee applies only to payments you collect for deposits, vouchers and events; on Pro and Growth that's 0%. Stripe's standard card processing fees apply to those payments on all plans. There are no per-cover fees and no setup fees.
Will I lose bookings without a marketplace?
If most of your bookings come from guests searching your restaurant name, your website or social media, you usually won't. Those guests book directly through your TableGo widget. If you rely heavily on marketplace discovery, you can run both in parallel during the switch.
How do I switch from a per-cover system?
Pro includes free migration support. We can help import your guest data, then you update your website booking widget and Google Business Profile link to TableGo. Most restaurants are live within an hour.
