When to Block
- Public holidays (Christmas, etc.)
- Private events
- Staff holidays
- Renovations
- Seasonal closures
Creating a Block
Navigate: Settings → Blocked Dates → Add Block

Go to Blocked Dates
Navigate to Settings → Blocked Dates.

Click Add Block
Open the new block form.

Select dates
Choose start and end dates.

Add reason
Optionally note why you're closed.

Set visibility
Choose staff only or show to guests.

Save
Click Save to create the block.
Recurring Blocks
For annual holidays, enable "Repeat Annually" and the block carries over each year. Adjust dates as needed for holidays that move.
Blocking dates doesn't affect existing reservations. Contact those guests manually if needed.
