Build your reputation with post-dining review requests.
How It Works
- Guest completes their reservation
- Status changes to "Completed"
- Review request email sends automatically
- Guest clicks to leave a rating and comment
Timing
Default timing is 2 hours after completion. This gives guests time to reflect while the experience is fresh.
Review Email
The email includes:
- Thank you message
- Your restaurant name and logo
- Easy star rating interface
- Link to leave detailed feedback
Enabling Reviews
Navigate: Settings → Notifications → Review Requests

Go to Notifications
Navigate to Settings → Notifications.

Enable review requests
Turn on review request emails.

Set timing
Choose when to send (default: 2 hours after).

Save
Click Save to activate.
Track your reviews in the dashboard to see your average rating and recent feedback.
