Build your reputation with post-dining review requests.

How It Works

  1. Guest completes their reservation
  2. Status changes to "Completed"
  3. Review request email sends automatically
  4. Guest clicks to leave a rating and comment

Timing

Default timing is 2 hours after completion. This gives guests time to reflect while the experience is fresh.

Review Email

The email includes:

  • Thank you message
  • Your restaurant name and logo
  • Easy star rating interface
  • Link to leave detailed feedback

Enabling Reviews

Navigate: Settings → Notifications → Review Requests

    Go to Notifications

    Navigate to Settings → Notifications.

    Enable review requests

    Turn on review request emails.

  3. 3

    Set timing

    Choose when to send (default: 2 hours after).

  4. 4

    Save

    Click Save to activate.

Track your reviews in the dashboard to see your average rating and recent feedback.
