New reviews appear in your Reviews section. You can read the feedback, see the guest's visit history, and respond publicly.

Click 'Suggest Reply' to generate a professional response using AI. Edit as needed and publish. Your reply appears below the review.

No. Reviews are only available to guests who completed a reservation. This ensures verified, authentic feedback.

You cannot delete reviews, but you can flag inappropriate content for moderation. Honest feedback, including criticism, builds trust.
How does the AI reply feature work?
AI can draft a suggested reply based on the review. You can edit the suggestion before publishing. This is a Pro feature.
