Key Metrics#

  • Average Rating — Overall star rating
  • Total Reviews — Number of reviews received
  • Response Rate — Percentage of reviews you've replied to
  • Rating Distribution — Breakdown by stars

View monthly rating trends, review volume changes, and seasonal patterns.

Accessing Analytics#

Navigate: Reviews → Analytics

Go to Reviews, click the Analytics tab, select your date range, and view charts and stats.

Using Insights#

If you see low ratings, look for common complaints, specific issues mentioned, and time/day patterns. If you see high ratings, identify what guests love, staff to recognize, and features to highlight.

Aim for a response rate above 80%. Responding to reviews — especially negative ones — shows potential guests that you care.
