Accessing Analytics
Navigate: Reviews → Analytics
Go to Reviews, click the Analytics tab, select your date range, and view charts and stats.
Using Insights
If you see low ratings, look for common complaints, specific issues mentioned, and time/day patterns. If you see high ratings, identify what guests love, staff to recognize, and features to highlight.
Aim for a response rate above 80%. Responding to reviews — especially negative ones — shows potential guests that you care.
