Adding Notes#
Navigate: Guest Profile → Add Note
From a guest profile, click Add Note, enter your observation, and save. Notes are timestamped and show who added them.
Notes vs Special Requests#
Notes are private to staff, permanent on the profile, and not visible to guests. They contain staff observations. Special Requests are entered by guests, per-reservation, and visible to the guest. They contain the guest's specific needs for that booking.
Be professional in notes — they may be seen by all staff members.
