Tags help you identify and remember important guest information at a glance.
Default Tags
TableGo includes common tags:
- VIP — Important guests
- Allergies — Has food allergies
- Birthday — Celebrating birthday
- Anniversary — Celebrating anniversary
- Wheelchair — Requires accessibility
Creating Custom Tags
Navigate: Settings → Guest Tags → Add Tag

Open tag settings
Navigate to Settings → Guest Tags.

Click Add Tag
Open the new tag form.

Enter tag name
Give it a descriptive name.

Choose color
Select a color for quick recognition.

Save
Click Save to create the tag.
Applying Tags
From a guest profile or reservation, click the tags area, select tags to apply, and save. Multiple tags can be added. Tags appear on all future reservations for that guest.
Use red for urgent items like allergies, green for positive tags like VIP, and yellow for preferences.
