Viewing Profiles
Navigate: Main Menu → Guests
In the Guests section you can:
- Search by name, email, or phone
- Filter by tags or visit count
- Sort by recent visits or total visits
Profile Information
Each guest profile contains:
- Contact Details — Name, email, phone
- Visit History — All reservations at your venue
- Tags — Custom labels (VIP, Allergies, etc.)
- Notes — Staff observations
- Statistics — Total visits, no-shows
Editing Profiles
Click on a guest to update contact information, add or remove tags, add private notes, and view full reservation history.
Guest Merge
If duplicate profiles exist, you can merge them. Find the duplicate profiles, select the primary profile, merge the secondary into it, and history combines automatically.
Guest profiles are created automatically from online bookings and when you add details to manual reservations.
