Create a Reservation

Manually add bookings for phone calls, walk-ins, or internal needs

While most bookings come through your widget, you can create reservations manually for phone calls, walk-ins, or internal holds.

From the Dashboard

Navigate: Dashboard → + Add Reservation

    Click Add Reservation

    Use the blue button in the top right of your dashboard.

    Select date and time

    Choose when the guest will arrive.

  3. 3

    Choose party size

    Select how many guests are coming.

  4. 4

    Enter guest details

    Add guest name, email, and phone, or select an existing guest.

    Add special requests

    Note any dietary requirements or preferences.

    Create

    Click Create Reservation to save.

From the Timeline

Click on an empty time slot in the timeline view to pre-fill the time and open the reservation form.

Guest Information

For new guests, enter:

  • Full name (required)
  • Email address (for confirmations)
  • Phone number (optional)

For returning guests, start typing their name and select from suggestions. Their details will auto-fill.

Booking Sources

Mark the source for your records:

  • Online — Came through the widget
  • Phone — Phone call booking
  • Walk-in — Walk-in customer
  • Internal — Staff booking, VIP hold, etc.
