Congratulations! You're ready to take bookings. Here's what to expect.

When a Guest Books

  1. Instant Notification — You'll see a notification in your dashboard
  2. Email Alert — You'll receive an email (if enabled)
  3. Guest Confirmation — The guest receives their confirmation email

Viewing the Reservation

Navigate: Dashboard → Today's Reservations

New reservations appear in multiple views:

  • Dashboard — Your main reservation view
  • Timeline — Visual timeline of covers/tables
  • Calendar — Monthly overview

Reservation Details

Each reservation shows:

  • Guest name and contact info
  • Party size
  • Date and time
  • Duration
  • Special requests
  • Booking source

When the Guest Arrives

  1. 1

    Open the reservation

    Find it in your dashboard or timeline.

  2. 2

    Update status

    Click "Seat" or change status to "Seated".

  3. 3

    Complete service

    When they leave, mark as "Completed".

Tracking seated and completed status helps build accurate guest visit history.
