When a Guest Books
- Instant Notification — You'll see a notification in your dashboard
- Email Alert — You'll receive an email (if enabled)
- Guest Confirmation — The guest receives their confirmation email
Viewing the Reservation
Navigate: Dashboard → Today's Reservations
New reservations appear in multiple views:
- Dashboard — Your main reservation view
- Timeline — Visual timeline of covers/tables
- Calendar — Monthly overview
Reservation Details
Each reservation shows:
- Guest name and contact info
- Party size
- Date and time
- Duration
- Special requests
- Booking source
When the Guest Arrives

Open the reservation
Find it in your dashboard or timeline.

Update status
Click "Seat" or change status to "Seated".
- 3
Complete service
When they leave, mark as "Completed".
Tracking seated and completed status helps build accurate guest visit history.
