Connection Failed
If Stripe won't connect:
- Try a different browser
- Disable ad blockers
- Ensure pop-ups are allowed
- Check Stripe account status
Incomplete Onboarding
Stripe may need additional verification. Log into your Stripe dashboard to complete:
- Business verification
- ID verification
- Bank account details
- Address confirmation
Payment Failures
If payments aren't processing, check the Stripe dashboard for errors, verify the account is active, and ensure there are no restrictions.
Disconnecting & Reconnecting
Navigate: Settings → Payouts → Disconnect Stripe
If needed, go to Settings → Payouts, disconnect Stripe, wait a few minutes, then reconnect with a fresh setup.
