If guests aren't receiving emails, follow these steps.
Check First
- Spam folder — Emails may be filtered
- Email address — Verify it's correct
- Notification settings — Ensure emails are enabled
Common Issues
Emails Going to Spam
- Ask guests to check spam/junk folder
- Add noreply@tablego.uk to contacts
- Mark as "not spam"
Wrong Email Address
Double-check the guest's email for typos. Update and resend if needed.
Emails Disabled
Navigate: Settings → Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications and ensure relevant email types are enabled.
Resending Emails
To resend a confirmation, open the reservation, click Resend Confirmation, verify the email address, and send.
If problems persist, contact support@tablego.uk with the guest email (with permission) and we'll investigate delivery logs.
