TableGo uses Stripe for secure payment processing. You'll need a connected Stripe account to accept deposits or sell vouchers.
Stripe Connect Setup
Navigate: Settings → Payouts → Connect Stripe Account

Go to Payouts
Navigate to Settings → Payouts.

Click Connect
Click Connect Stripe Account.

Complete Stripe onboarding
You'll be redirected to Stripe to create or log into your account.

Return to TableGo
After completing Stripe setup, you'll return automatically.
Stripe Requirements
To complete setup, you'll need:
- Business or personal details
- Bank account for payouts
- ID verification (in some cases)
Payout Schedule
Once connected, payments arrive in your Stripe account. Payout timing depends on Stripe and your bank (often a few business days). View payouts in your Stripe dashboard.
Fees
- TableGo — Platform fees depend on your plan (Pro has 0% platform fee)
- Stripe — Processing fees set by Stripe (varies by card type and region)
Before going live, create a test voucher or deposit rule, make a test purchase, verify it appears in Stripe, then refund the test payment.
