Look for the reset link email.

Follow the link to set a new password.
Email Not Recognized#
- Check for typos
- Try alternate email addresses
- You may have signed up with Google instead
Google Login Issues#
If you signed up with Google, use "Continue with Google" (not email/password) and ensure you're using the right Google account.
Account Locked#
After multiple failed attempts, wait 15 minutes, try password reset, or contact support if urgent.
MFA Problems#
If you've lost your authenticator, use backup codes (if saved) or contact support for a reset. Identity verification will be required.
Try clearing cookies and cache, or use incognito/private mode in your browser.
