How it works
Create voucher products
Set up voucher denominations like £25, £50, £100. Optionally add promotional pricing where customers pay less than face value.
Share your voucher page
Vouchers are available on your TableGo restaurant page and via an embeddable widget for your own website.
Customers purchase and gift
Buyers enter recipient details and a gift message, then pay via Stripe. The voucher is emailed instantly to the recipient.
Redeem in your dashboard
When a guest presents their voucher, look up the code in your dashboard and mark it as redeemed (full or partial).
Frequently asked questions
Can vouchers be used for multiple visits?
Yes. Vouchers have a balance that decreases as they're redeemed. A £100 voucher can be used across multiple visits until the balance is zero.
What if a voucher expires?
Vouchers have a configurable expiry period (default 12 months). Expired vouchers can no longer be redeemed.
Can I customise the voucher design?
The PDF voucher includes your restaurant name, logo (if uploaded), and the gift message. Full design customisation is on our roadmap.
What fees apply to voucher sales?
Stripe charges their standard payment fee. TableGo Basic adds a 3.5% platform fee; Pro has 0% platform fee on all voucher sales.
