You can run several venues from one TableGo login. Each venue has its own settings, team, bookings and plan, and you switch between them from My Businesses.

Before you start#

You can create your first venue straight away. To add another venue you own, TableGo first turns on extra venues for your account. You only need to ask once: after that, you add venues yourself.

Note

Being a Manager, Staff or Viewer at someone else's venue doesn't count. If you don't own a venue yet, you can create one without asking.

Ask for another venue#

Where to find it

Account menuMy BusinessesAdd a new business
  1. 1

    Open My Businesses

Choose My Businesses from your account menu. It's also the page you see after signing in.

  2. 2

    Click Add a new business

It's below your venue cards, under Need to manage another venue?

You should see: If extra venues aren't on for your account yet, the contact form opens with Add another venue already chosen.

  3. 3

    Click Send Message

Your name, email and request are filled in. Add the new venue's name or anything else we should know.

You should see: Thanks. We'll review this request. Sending it does not add the venue.

  4. 4

    Wait for our reply

We'll email you once extra venues are on. Then click Add a new business again.

Set up the new venue#

Once extra venues are on, Add a new business opens Setup Your Business: the same three steps as your first venue.

  1. 1

    Basic Information

Choose Search on Google to fill in your details, or Enter Manually. Business Name, Business Type, Address, Timezone, Phone Number and Business Email are required.

  2. 2

    Reservation Policies

Choose the Reservation Mode, Simple (Covers) or Tables (Table assignments), then your capacity, time slots, guest limits and booking rules.

  3. 3

    Business Hours

Set what guests can book and your weekly schedule, then click Create Business.

You should see: Business Created Successfully! A moment later you're back on My Businesses with the new venue listed.

Important

You can't change the country and timezone later, and you can't switch the Reservation Mode yourself (our team can change it for you). Check both before you click Create Business.

Plans and billing#

Each new venue starts on Basic and has its own subscription, so you can move one venue to Pro without changing the others.

Switch between venues#

Open My Businesses from your account menu and click a venue's card. Each card shows the venue's plan, whether it's open now, your role there and whether online bookings are on. With five or more venues a search box appears, and pressing / jumps to it.
