Control the emails TableGo sends.

Guest Emails#

Navigate: Settings → Notifications

Automated emails to guests:

  • Confirmation — When booking is made
  • Pre-booking Reminder — 24 hours before a confirmed booking (optional, off by default)
  • Modification — When booking changes
  • Cancellation — When booking is cancelled
  • Review Request — After dining

Staff Notifications#

Emails to your team:

  • New Booking — When reservation is created
  • Cancellation — When guest cancels
  • Modification — When booking is changed
  • Daily Summary — Morning overview

Customization (Pro)#

Pro users can edit email content, add custom messages, upload logo, and customize sender name.

Toggle review requests and pre-booking reminders under Settings → Guest Management. See Pre-booking Reminders for the 36-hour booking rule and when reminders are sent.
