Guest Emails
Navigate: Settings → Notifications
Automated emails to guests:
- Confirmation — When booking is made
- Reminder — Before their reservation
- Modification — When booking changes
- Cancellation — When booking is cancelled
- Review Request — After dining
Staff Notifications
Emails to your team:
- New Booking — When reservation is created
- Cancellation — When guest cancels
- Modification — When booking is changed
- Daily Summary — Morning overview
Customization (Pro)
Pro users can edit email content, add custom messages, upload logo, and customize sender name.
Toggle individual email types on/off and set timing preferences like how many hours before a reservation to send reminders.
