Can I have multiple menus?
Yes! Create as many menus as you need: Main Menu, Drinks, Desserts, Specials, Kids Menu, Sunday Roast. Each menu can be activated or deactivated independently.
What's the difference between text menus and PDF menus?
Text menus let you build structured menus with sections and items that guests can browse online. PDF menus are uploaded files (like wine lists) that guests download. Both appear on your public page.
Can I set different prices for the same dish?
Yes. Use pricing variants to offer the same dish at different price points—like a starter portion at £8 and a main portion at £14, or a small pizza at £12 and a large at £16.
How do dietary labels work?
Each menu item can be tagged with dietary options: VE (Vegan), V (Vegetarian), GF (Gluten-free), DF (Dairy-free), N (Contains Nuts). These labels display alongside the item name.
Can I temporarily hide an item?
Yes. Mark any item as 'Unavailable' and it will be hidden from guests without deleting it. Perfect for seasonal dishes or when you run out of ingredients.
