Guests can book through your website booking widget or via your TableGo restaurant page. They pick a date, time, and party size, then receive a booking confirmation by email.
Can guests change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Guests can use the manage-booking link in their confirmation email to update details or cancel, based on your cancellation policy.
Can I take phone bookings and walk-ins?
Yes. Your team can add bookings manually from the dashboard for phone reservations or walk-ins. You can also update, seat, complete, or mark no-shows.
How fast can I get set up?
Most venues can get started quickly. Add your opening hours, tables (optional), and basic rules, then share your booking link or embed the widget.
Do you support table management?
Yes. You can create areas and tables, assign reservations, join tables for larger parties (where applicable), and block tables when needed.
Can I reduce no-shows with deposits?
Yes. You can take deposits for specific days, times, or party sizes. Deposit rules help deter no-shows and set clear expectations for guests.
